These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Checkride Ready ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Checkride Ready platform.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

Description of Services

Checkride Ready provides an online platform that connects FAA Designated Pilot Examiners (DPEs) with pilot applicants seeking to schedule practical tests (checkrides). Our services include:

• Examiner directory and profile management
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Document upload and verification
• Payment processing (facilitation only)
• Communication tools between users
• Progress tracking and notifications

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated tools to access our platform without permission
• Post false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property Rights

The Checkride Ready platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Checkride Ready and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Checkride Ready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services
• Failure to meet flight training or certification requirements
• Delays or cancellations of checkrides

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Checkride Ready in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Checkride Ready and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
